    great shower pressure
    clean bedding
    working air conditioning
    dusty fridge

the room had a dusty fridge (could use some attention). but the shower pressure was great (really refreshing! ), the bedding smelled clean (could tell it was freshly washed), and the air conditioning worked like a charm! I was surprised by how nice it was.

The hotel had a charming Route 66 theme that made for a unique stay.

    fun location
    cleaning standards

Plus, we appreciated the comfy beds and the option to bring our precious dog along. The atmosphere felt homey and welcoming.

In my wife’s opinion, they could really use some better cleaning standards. Our room felt a bit dusty and could have used a thorough deep clean before our arrival.

    clean room
    modern amenities
    comfortable bed
    non-working refrigerator
    rusty fixtures
    limited breakfast

I found Canyon's Edge Route 66 Motel during my road trip, and it was a pleasant surprise. The location is perfect for a stop before heading to the Grand Canyon. My room was clean and recently renovated, showcasing a modern touch that I didn’t expect from a budget motel. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the huge flat-screen TV that allowed me to log into my streaming accounts. However, I did encounter some issues. The refrigerator in the room didn’t work, which was a letdown. While the bathroom had been updated, the fixtures showed signs of rust. The water pressure was lacking, but the hot water was decent. Breakfast options were quite limited – just granola bars available. The front desk staff were friendly, but I overheard some concerning comments about employee pay that made me uncomfortable. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but noticed room for improvement in amenities and cleanliness.

    great location
    exciting rides
    cigarette smoke odor

Had a fantastic time with my friends! We really enjoyed our days at the Grand Canyon National Park and the Canyon Coaster Adventure Park, which had the coolest rides. The atmosphere was charming, and it felt like a fun escape. Plus, the convenience of the location made our trip even better.

The room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke that took some time to get used to, but it didn't overshadow our awesome experience.

The burgers at the local diner were unreal—juicy and dripping with flavor! Plus, the room was super clean and had been recently renovated, giving it a modern twist. Perfect spot to crash before hitting the Grand Canyon!

Bathroom ceiling had a few squished bugs on it, but everything else was shining. Just keep it real—this ain't the Ritz!

Great stay for horse rescue trips

I appreciated the late check-in and the ability to park my horse trailer right at the motel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the coffee in the morning was delightful. This place is a vital rest stop for both me and the horses I rescue during my travels. I did notice that the fridge didn't work well, which was a bit inconvenient.

    Charming Stop Along Route 66

We had a memorable stay with our family! The rooms were surprisingly clean, and the retro vibe contributed to a fun atmosphere. Enjoyed the local diner nearby for delicious breakfasts. Be sure to check in early, as supplies might run low during busy times.

I appreciated the charming Route 66 theme, which added a lovely nostalgic touch. The staff were very attentive, quickly assisting me with any needs and ensuring my comfort. The location was also convenient for exploring nearby attractions.

Better room amenities for seniors would be helpful.

    immaculate room
    great service

    Perfect for a quick getaway

You know, the room was immaculate, and it was quite a surprise,,, there was a fridge and microwave, so I could keep some snacks, which helped late at night. Plus, the service was honestly great. I got recommendations for local places to eat, even though there weren't many around.

It wasn’t exactly affordable, but worth every penny.
